Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of building accounts and month end closing
• Prepare Monthly schedules including account receivable and account payables
• Able to work independently and coordinate with other departments
• Assist in other ad hoc assignment as required

Job Requirement

• Diploma or above in Accountancy
• Experience in handling full set of accounts
• Good PC skill (MS Office) and knowledge in PeopleSoft as advantage
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in accounting, preferably in property management industry
• Immediate available is highly preferred
