Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, preparing vouchers, reimbursements, petty cash, etc.
• Perform bank reconciliations, update cash flow forecast and ensure sufficient bank balance for daily operations
• Perform month-end closing including preparation of adjusting journal entries, breakdown for P&L and BS items, fixed asset and other schedules
• Assist in year-end audit and tax filing process
• Perform as-hoc assignments as required
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance
• Hands-on experience with accounting system applications is a pre-requisite, e.g. Oracle, Peachtree systems
• 3 years relevant commercial experience in accounting field
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, ability in Chinese typing
• Immediately available is preferred  

    Salary Range: $26,000 to $30,000
