As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented  Accountant  to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibility:

• Supervise a small team for providing comprehensive accounting services and support
• Review full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and month-end reports
• Prepare consolidated financial statements & management schedules, annual budget, regular forecasts and analysis reports
• Assist in statutory reporting and annual audits
• Handle tax computation and related matters
• Prepare cash flow projection
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years’ relevant experience gained from international professional accounting firm or sizeable commercial organizations
• Sound accounting and taxation knowledge, familiar with latest accounting standards
• Capable of handling full set of financial books and management reports independently
• Experience in property development industry will be an advantage
• Can work under tight deadlines and pressure
• Enjoy teamwork, highly organized, detail-oriented and with good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong in Excel, Word and knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems
• Good command of written English is essential
