Accountant / Assistant Accountant

WINDMILL Engineering Company Ltd. has been established in Hong Kong since 1983 with the major business in Fire Services Engineering. For the past years, we have successfully registered as Group II F.S. Contractor in government and also maintained good relationship with our clients like the public utility companies as well as listed construction companies.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operation tasks in Account Payable function
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Handle daily cash management activities including maintenance of online banking, fund transfer and monthly treasury report
• Assist to perform month end closing and prepare relevant BS schedules
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in accounting or any related discipline with at least one year working experience;
• Fresh graduates with proactive attitude are also welcomed;
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel experience is an advantage;
• Self-motivated, team player, detail-minded, willing to learn, multi-tasks, and able to meet deadline;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Immediate available is preferred.
