Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager / Accountant to join our finance team. This role will report directly to the Finance Manager. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You will be responsible for collecting financial data from various business units and/or subsidiaries, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information. 

Job Description

• Support the Finance Manager in validating the consolidated adjustments and performing group consolidation


• Support the Finance Manager in preparing comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing consolidated financial performance, key trends, and insights


• Perform variance analysis for all the entities of the company


• Keep track of the latest IFRS reporting requirement


• Prepare and verify the reasonableness of the financial results


• Liaise and coordinate with local teams for financial-related matters


• Support the team on external audits and bank requests and prepare supporting schedules


• Support ad-hoc projects and analysis requests from the management

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines


• Recognized professional accounting qualifications is preferred


• 6+ years of relevant experience, exposure in e-commerce business and global accounting is a plus - candidate with less experience would be considered as Accountant


• Knowledge of accounting software (proficiency in Neisuite will be an advantage)


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace


• Mature, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines


• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills


• Strong command of both written & spoken English and Cantonese
