Accountant/ Senior Accountant

Logistics is an industry with a long history that remains today despite technological and social advancements. Basically, it is an irreplaceable and necessary industry. Roles and Responsibilities

1. Monthly management account production
2. Monthly management reports on segment PL
3. Current account reconciliations among group companies
4. Internal cost sharing computations
5. Internal cost sharing invoice issuance
6. Debt collection of Agents and customers
7. Prepare vouchers & perform accounting data entries as required
8. General support credit control function
9. General support to HK Finance department
10. Provide support to Internal Controls Manager
11. Liaise with ERP system provider for any enhancement requirements.

Requirements:

1. University Graduate major in Accounting
2. 3 to 4 year’s experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
3. Capable of handling full set of accounts
4. Good PC skill in usage of MS office. MS teams
5. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
6. Self-motivated, responsible, independent, well organized, meticulous and a quick learner
7. Proficiency in PC skills; MS Teams, MS Office, Excel and Chinese typing
8. Qualified CPA preferred but not a must
