Accounting Executive, Insurance (AR)

Key responsibilities:

As an Accounting Executive, you will manage insurance accounts receivable, ensuring smooth billing and settlements while resolving discrepancies and supporting finance operations.

• Assist with the day-to-day activities of the finance operations team, supporting smooth billing and settlement processes
• Communicate with external intermediaries to follow up on outstanding insurance-related items through written and verbal channels
• Review and match incoming payments against records, investigate variances, and support timely resolution of any differences identified
• Work closely with internal teams to handle payment-related queries and resolve outstanding matters
• Take on additional assignments or operational support tasks as needed

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring accounts receivable experience, strong bilingual communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, reliable approach.

• Bachelor's degree holders, with at least 3 years' relevant experience in account receivable, finance operations, ideally within the insurance sector
• Familiarity with receivables, billing, or settlement processes would be beneficial
• Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently and follow issues through to completion
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese
