Accounting Officer/ Accounting clerk

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger 
• Responsible for checking sales/purchase invoices, verification, data input
• Involve in payment and collection cycle including payment processing, staff reimbursement, receivable settlement, bank and sales reconciliation, reconciliation with trade vendors and customers
• Involve in month-end closing activities, prepare month-end accounts schedule
• Support ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirement:

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• LCCI Level 3/Diploma or above in accounting 
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (No experience for Fresh Graduate)
• Proficient in MS Excel (function setting, pivot table) and familiar with computerized accounting system
• Self-motivated, independent, detailed-minded and strong sense of responsibility
• Related experience in retail and E-Commerce business is an advantage but not necessary.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of the Xero accounting system is an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
