Accounting Officer/Assistant Accountant

Founded in 1989, Tai Hing Catering Group transforms from a small-scaled “siu-mei” (Chinese roast) fast food eatery to now one of the largest F&B chain restaurants in Hong Kong and Greater China. The Group owns several renowned brands, including Tai Hing, TeaWood, Trusty Congee King ,and other Japanese restaurants, managing around 150 outlets in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operation tasks in Account Payable function
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation 
• Handle daily cash management activities including maintenance of online banking, fixed deposit placement, fund transfer and bank guarantee application
• Assist to perform month end closing and prepare relevant BS schedules
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline;
• 2 year or above experience in accounts payable or treasury function;
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel, SAP knowledge and experience is an advantage
• Strong numerical sense and accounting knowledge is preferred
• Self-motivated, team player, multi-tasks, able to meet deadline
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
