Accounts & Admin Clerk

 Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, Reconciliations);
• Prepare month-end & year-end closing, management accounts reports, annual statutory audit and tax filing
• Handle employees record, payroll and MPF…etc;
• Maintain office daily operation, sourcing and arrange travel & accommodations;
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as required.

Job Requirements:

• F.5 with LCCI Level 2 or above.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Accounting and Administration.
• Detail oriented, well organized and responsible.
• Willing to learn, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good command in written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
