Job Description - Accounts & Admin Clerk

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the routine accounting operation such as invoicing, data entry, bank & cash, A/P & AR
  • Assist Accounts Officer in daily work
  • Perform general clerical support such as answering phone calls, office supplies, and maintain good filing system etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above with accounting knowledge
  • With at least one year related working experience in accounting field
  • Familiar with MS Office Word & Excel, Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
