Job duties

• to provide administrative support for the education subsidy scheme
• to assist in handling tasks related to applications for financial assistance
• to assist in arranging meetings of the committee of the education subsidy scheme
• to assist in compiling and preparing reports, statistics and documents related to the education subsidy scheme and application for financial assistance
• to perform duties related to the daily operation of the education subsidy scheme
• to undertake any other duties as assigned

Requirement

• Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Matheatics, or equivalent is a must 
• Good PC skills
• Chinese word processing speed 20wpm and English word processing speed 30 wpm
