Admin Clerk (5 days work)

Ritone Jewelry International Limited has been established since 2008 as a manufacturer for fine diamond and gem jewelry. With over 12 years of expertise, we manufacture the most exquisite designs and collections. Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted by our experienced goldsmiths. Advanced machinery including CVD testers are also used to ensure that only natural diamonds are used in the crafting of our jewelry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day office administrative support including maintain office supply inventories, coordinate the maintenance issue of office equipment
• Provide general clerical work
• Handle exhibitions applications
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Handle ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Preferably with 1 year clerical experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Work Processing
• Excellent interpersonal skill, self-motivated and well organized
