Job Description - Admin Officer - General Affairs Dept (Banking)

Our client, a leading corporate bank in Hong Kong, is looking for high caliber candidates to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily reception duties and ensure smooth communications with stakeholders. Oversee the logistical services within the branch to ensure smooth operations.
  • Draft comprehensive quarterly and annual work reports and plans .
  • Develop regulations and procedures for the physical management of fixed assets, including procurement plans and insurance arrangements.
  • Support staff recreational activities within the branch, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • Monitor administrative operations of the branch, prepare monthly reports for submission to the head office in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the prompt handling of important instructions and directives from branch leaders, managing document processing and operational workflows.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and conversational English.
  • Knowledge of Chinese enterprise culture.
