Provide clerical and administrative support to Admin Department
Perform reception duties including handling incoming calls and other communications
Manage office operation such as facilities maintenance, stationery ordering, facilities repairing and maintenance, courier arrangement.
Responsible for company events planning, staff welfare and benefit arrangement
Implement HR policies and procedures, e.g. leave management
Maintain and update HR related records in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
Higher Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
Highly organized and able to work independently
Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
Proficient in both writing and speaking in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Immediate available/ short notice period is preferred
