Job Description - Administration officer

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Admin Department
  • Perform reception duties including handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Manage office operation such as facilities maintenance, stationery ordering, facilities repairing and maintenance, courier arrangement.
  • Responsible for company events planning, staff welfare and benefit arrangement
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, e.g. leave management
  • Maintain and update HR related records in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficient in both writing and speaking in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
  • Immediate available/ short notice period is preferred
