Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
Support the implementation and rollout of the New Learning System, including hybrid training User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities
Assist in training system migration, ensuring smooth transition across phases and minimal operational disruption
Manage and administer industry examination enrolments, including IIQE Papers I, III, V and MPF-related processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinate and support both face-to-face and virtual training logistics, including venue booking, system setup, materials preparation, and attendance tracking
Provide end-to-end training administrative support, ensuring timely execution of training schedules and activities
Support daily team and departmental operations, including:
Procurement and payment processing
Communication with agency via email, WhatsApp, Facebook and SMS
Training/event coordination and on-site support
Provide event support during non-office hours (including evenings and weekends) as required
Job Requirements
University degree or relevant academic qualifications
Able to prioritize tasks and detail-minded
Proficient in use of computer software (including power point, excel and words)
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Good communication skill and team work
Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
