Job Description - Administrative Manager / Deputy Administrative Manager / Assistant Administrative Manager

Job Description:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Risk Committee, including meeting coordination, preparation of meeting materials, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
Manage official correspondence, document receipt and dispatch, and maintain proper records filing in accordance with departmental and Bank requirements.
Oversee departmental administrative logistics, including the management of office equipment, stationery, and IT assets; implement relevant safety and security measures.
Plan and organise all internal training activities of the department.
Assist in preparing the annual departmental financial budget, review various expenditures and track and monitor budget execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics preferred.
3 years of working experience in the banking industry, or 5 years of working experience at least in administration management.
Strong bilingual (English and Chinese) writing, communication, and report preparation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
