Job Description - Administrative Officer/Office Manager

Transportation & Vehicle Management (Primary Focus):

  • Manage company drivers’ schedules and ensure timely transportation arrangements for staff and business needs.
  • Oversee vehicle-related responsibilities, including insurance renewals, maintenance scheduling, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, servicing, and insurance documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for vehicle servicing and repairs.

Office Administration:

  • Assist with meeting room bookings and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including travel and hotel arrangements, attendance tracking, and document management.
  • Support office management tasks such as maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and managing equipment procurement.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
