Job Responsibilities
1. Service execution: user installation and maintenance services
2. Material management: spare parts and defective whole machines
3. Cost accounting: cost accounting, Kingdee, CRM system replacement operation, account closing and settlement, spare parts, whole machine inventory reconciliation
4. Technical support: responsible for after-sales technical support, VIP user service, technical training
5. Complaint handling: market user complaint handling and progress tracking
6. Comprehensive management: data statistical analysis, process system formulation and revision, contract negotiation and signing, internal audit work
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. About three years of ToC customer service related work experience.
