About the Role
Responsible for maintaining Agency Operation of Business Acquisition and System Enhancement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Policy Reassignment & Monitoring
Handle special policy reassignment request from senior agency leaders
Monitor agent follow-up performance. Facilitate and enforce customer reassignment where agents failed to meet min follow-up %
Process agent termination and settle payment
Develop & maintain agency lead management portfolio dashboards
Generate regular reports to track end-to-end lead management effectiveness
Senior Agent Manageme nt
Oversee Retirement Buddy Program
Administrate pre & post-retirement process (e.g., application, payment, annual declaration)
Process & System Enhancement
Define system & process enhancement requirement to optimize end-to-end leads management cycle
Continuous enhance operation process to ensure business & compliance needs fulfilled
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
Address ad-hoc requests & enquiries from IA, Regional Office and internal compliance
Monitor IA & Regional Office guidelines / standards
Facilitate IA visit & Agency engagement
Perform regular management update
Service Standards Establishment
Set and refine service standards
Establish standard procedures and guideline (e.g., user manuals, SOPs)
Minimum Job Requirements:
University graduate plus 5-8 years relevant experience
Strong administration and problem-solving skills
Ability to work and cooperate with different parties
Team player and good communication skills
Detailed mind and good at time management
PC skills in Office Operating software (especially in AI Tools, Microsoft Excel and Power-point)
Proficient in English and Chinese writing
Others:
