About the Role
Drive agency channel performance management and forecast. Leverage data and insight to drive / enable target / KPI setting, annual strategic planning and drive business impact.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive ongoing performance management, create reports and presentation material on performance and project findings to senior stakeholders
Build forecasts/analytical models and dashboard to inform business decisions pertaining to agency strategic / tactical initiatives and projects
Perform internal, market and competitor analytics in relation to agency performance management
Manage and/or support formulation of agency channel strategy in line with corporate strategy
Develop a robust end-to-end process to maximize outcomes through effective delivery and implementation of initiatives
Uplift and transform agency business with full-ranged business support such as training, proposition, technology, digital and analytics tools
Manage and/or support specific strategy projects to develop, plan and, where appropriate, operationalize strategic initiatives, in collaboration with internal and external parties
Manage and/or support annual strategic planning activities in respect of agency, and ongoing performance tracking and analytics
Manage and/or support internal, market and competitor analytics to support the agency strategy and specific initiatives
Minimum Job Requirements:
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, consulting, finance, analytics or sales channel, and other professional services roles highly preferred
Significant insurance and/or financial services industry exposure preferred
With experience and comfortable to forecast with data backing
Strong self-drive and ownership; can-do mindset and comfort with stepping out of comfort zone to solve problems
Ability to apply structured problem solving and conduct quantitative analysis to support data-driven management
Communication skills including but not limited to strong English written (e.g. Word reports, PPTs) as well as English / Chinese verbal communications
Others:
