• Handle customs declaration and associated tasks.
• Perform checking on HK license compliances and associated tasks.
• Support & prepare specified reports as per customers’ request as well as for Management purposes.
• Maintain and update the license database for various customers.
• Proceed billing for customs related services in a timely manner.
• Support Supervisor on new project execution and to provide administrative tasks for the departments.
• Take up additional tasks as required to meet the company’s needs.

• Certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate or above, preferably with 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry.
• Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered
• Good spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry
• Outgoing character with good communication skills and telephone manner
• Typing skill and computer knowledge preferred.
