We’re looking for a creative force - an AI Content Visionary who’s ready to redefine how content is imagined, created, and experienced. You’ll lead with big ideas, crafting content that’s dynamic, culturally relevant, and born from experimentation. You'll use AI to push the limits of what brand creativity can be.

Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-Driven Content Creation
- Own the creative process from concept to execution. Use AI tools to create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with your creative expertise - whether it’s comedy, storytelling, drama, or news updates. Deliver content at scale across static, motion, and interactive formats.
- Reimagine and Experiment with Creative Workflows
- Use AI not just to rethink how content is made. Prototype new workflows, test emerging tools, and build creative systems that unlock smarter, faster, and more imaginative ways of working. Lead demos, share insights, and inspire others to build and experiment with confidence.
- Expand Content Boundaries Across All Surfaces
- Use AI to generate content across every major brand touchpoint, from TVC, digital contents, social, web to events, while also inventing new content formats beyond the conventional
- Understand and Leverage AI Agents
- Stay at the forefront of autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents. Explore how they can be orchestrated to drive content creation, deliver personalized experiences, and enable scalable storytelling systems.
- Stay Culturally and Technologically Ahead
- Track emerging AI capabilities, creative tools, and cultural trends. Apply this insight to ensure your work stays timely, relevant, and provocative.
- Bridge Creative and Technical Possibilities
- Understand how AI models (LLMs, diffusion, speech-to-image, etc.) can integrate into parallel workflows. Be resourceful to evolve the way content, automation, and audience engagement connect.
- Deliver Work That Leads the Industry
- Push the envelope, not just to meet creative standards, but to set them. Help position the brand as a pioneer in AI-driven creativity and storytelling.

- Multi-format experience:
- You’ve developed content for social, video, web, or TV and are eager to invent new ones.
- Collaborative and self-sufficient:
- You play well with others, but you’re just as capable of producing polished, final work on your own. You make the output of a small team look effortless.
- Proof of experimentation:
- Whether you're a recent grad or seasoned creative, what matters most is what you’ve made. Show us how you’ve used AI to push the limits of content and be able to scale the output.
