AI Engineer (2-5 years' experience I Web3)

The Role

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions based on Large Language Models, including RAG pipelines and chatbots
• Build end‑to‑end AI applications from proof of concept to production
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into web applications
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability

• Keep up to date with AI, LLM, and Web3 technology trends

Your Profile

• 2-5 years of hands‑on experience as an AI Engineer or similar role
• Prior experience with LLMs, RAG frameworks, and chatbot development (practical project exposure required)
• Strong programming skills (Python required; experience with modern AI frameworks preferred)
• Solid understanding of AI system design and deployment
• Strong technical foundation and problem‑solving skills
• Interest in Web3 / blockchain‑related technologies

• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) - mandatory
