AI Engineering and PMO

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst / PMO to support project delivery and business operations for insurance clients. The successful candidate will assist in project planning, progress tracking, stakeholder coordination, documentation management, and meeting facilitation. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail to ensure smooth project execution and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Tracking:

• Support day-to-day project management activities and assist in coordinating project execution.
  
  
  


• Track project progress, milestones, action items, risks, and dependencies.
  
  
  


• Maintain project schedules and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
  
  
  


• Follow up with project team members and stakeholders on outstanding actions and commitments.
  
  
  


• Support project governance and reporting activities.
  
  
  

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
  
  
  


• Maintain project documentation, repositories, and governance records.
  
  
  


• Develop project reports, status updates, presentations, and other project-related materials.
  
  
  


• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, dashboards, and progress reports.
  
  

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
  
  
  


• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO, Project Coordination, Consulting Support, or a related role.
  
  
  


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
  
  
  


• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
  
  


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  
  
  


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  
  
  


• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  
  
  


• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
  
  
  


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  
  
  


• Experience supporting insurance, financial services, or technology projects is an advantage.
  
  
  


• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly in Claims.
  
  
  


• Basic understanding of project delivery lifecycle, business analysis, or process improvement methodologies.
  
  
  


• Exposure to digital transformation, workflow automation, AI solutions, or system implementation projects
