As an Air Freight Operation Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of air cargo operations. Description
- Coordinate and oversee air freight operations, including the receipt, handling, and delivery of cargo.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in the air cargo industry.
- Coordinate with customers, airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate cargo movement.
- Prepare and process required documentation, such as air waybills, customs clearance documents, and invoices.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Handle and resolve any issues or exceptions related to cargo, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and warehousing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all air cargo operations, including cargo manifests, shipment details, and billing information.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Air Transport or other related discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
