Air Operations Clerk

Responsibilities

• Support on full set of export documents, customer declaration, invoice etc;

Work closely with clients/consignee and internal departments to ensure the smooth operations;

• Manipulate and update an operating system timely and accurately
• Preparing of pre-alert of shipment details to overseas counterparts, export customs declaration arrangement and post-flight booking
• Ah-hoc tasks assigned by Superior

Requirements

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above;
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficient in PC with EXCEL and WORD and knowledge in Cargo Wise 1;
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
• Operation location – Kwai Chung Container Terminal 4
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
