• Our client is a well-established regional corporate bank with a strong presence in Hong Kong. Known for its stability and commitment to excellence, the bank is expanding its Treasury team and seeking a seasoned professional to join as Assistant / Business Manager, Treasury Business. As an Assistant / Business Manager, you will provide direct support to the business, focusing on treasury-related business control and support responsibilities. This is a pivotal role that ensures the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of the bank's treasury operations.

Your new role

• Assist in establishing and enhancing treasury product sales policies and procedures.
  
• Support day-to-day control processes, including documentation review, transaction review and monitoring and reporting of treasury activities.
  
• Enhance treasury transaction systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and risk control.
  
• Drive initiatives to streamline daily operations and strengthen process efficiency.
  
• Work closely with Treasury Product and Front Office teams to ensure smooth coordination and effective business support.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
  
• Contribute to process improvements and risk management initiatives within the Treasury function.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a sizeable bank.
  
• Strong knowledge of Treasury business in a corporate banking environment.
  
• Solid understanding of business control processes, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  
• Experience in system enhancement or operational efficiency projects within Treasury is a plus.
  
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently while supporting senior management.
