CLP Digital is driving the adoption of modern digital workplace platforms, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools to enhance employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and support a more agile and digitally enabled organization.

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Analyst to join the Digital Workplace team. The successful candidate will support the delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, ServiceNow, workflow automation, other AI-enabled workplace solutions, and new Digital Workplace tools or enterprise platforms introduced in future. This role is suitable for a candidate with strong learning agility, a practical problem-solving mindset, and interest in developing deeper capabilities in business analysis, platform delivery, automation, and Digital Workplace product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, user pain points, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Digital Workplace initiatives.


• Collaborate with business users, digital teams, vendors, and product owners to translate business needs into practical digital, automation, and AI-enabled workplace solutions.


• Support the implementation, enhancement, and day-to-day operation of Digital Workplace platforms, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, and other existing or future enterprise workplace tools.


• Assist in the delivery of AI, automation, and digital workplace solutions by assisting with use case discovery, solution configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and post-implementation support across enterprise platforms.


• Develop and maintain project deliverables, business documentation, knowledge articles, user guides, training materials, and communications to support adoption and service excellence. 


• Support platform governance, security, compliance, data protection, access management, audit readiness, user adoption, and continuous service improvement across Digital Workplace services.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.


• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience in business analysis, application delivery, digital workplace support, automation, or enterprise platform implementation.


• Basic understanding of Digital Workplace platforms and enterprise productivity tools, preferably including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Forms, Lists, Power Platform, ServiceNow, and other collaboration, automation, or productivity platforms.


• Basic knowledge of workflow automation, low-code/no-code development, process improvement, and business requirement documentation. Hands-on coding experience preferred.


• Awareness of AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or similar technologies, and interest in applying AI to improve workplace productivity and user experience.


• Ability to prepare clear documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, test cases, user guides, training materials, and management updates.


• Basic understanding of IT governance, information security, data privacy, access control, and compliance requirements in enterprise platforms.


• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with business users, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.


• Self-motivated, curious, and willing to learn new technologies, tools, and platforms as Digital Workplace capabilities evolve, with interest in developing stronger capabilities in business analysis, platform delivery, automation, and Digital Workplace services.


• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
