Role Summary:
We are currently recruiting for an Analyst for the Private Equity Asia group. Located in our Hong Kong office, the Analyst will play a key role in evaluating and executing a broad range of private equity investment opportunities across the Asia Pacific region, including direct investment, fund commitments, secondary transactions.Accountabilities & Qualifications:
Core Accountabilities
Analyze Investment Opportunities
Participate actively in the evaluation and due diligence of private equity investment opportunities, including fund commitments, secondary transactions, and direct investments
Conduct in-depth research, financial analysis, and build complex financial models to support investment evaluation
Support due diligence processes by engaging with internal and external stakeholders and conducting targeted research to address key diligence questions
Share views with team members on overall deal attractiveness based on diligence findings
Recommend
Contribute to the development of investment recommendations based on thorough analysis and due diligence
Assist in drafting investment committee materials and supporting presentations to senior stakeholders, including the Investment Committee, as required
Monitor Relationships and Investment Portfolio
Support the monitoring of portfolio investments across funds, secondaries, and direct holdings, including financial performance tracking and key developments
Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with general partners, portfolio company management teams, and other market participants
Contribute to pipeline development and tracking of potential investment opportunities
Participate in internal projects such as market research, portfolio construction, and strategy reviews
