Ant International-Business Development Manager / Senior Manager (Card Scheme / Merchant Acquisition)

Job description

• Strong experience in managing business development, including business planning, new project, market development and operation, integrate resources to cooperate with key clients, different channel partners, small to medium merchants, build up local ecosystem and empower partners;

• Based on market characteristics, formulate and execute business strategies, and decompose goals for all segment market teammates to achieve final goals;

• Leverage key best practices to drive with proven track record to grab new business opportunities in different market segments; build and effectively manage a list of new merchants or segment market to drive business development in order to meet target;

• Collaborate with internal resources and external network to prioritize and penetrate key merchants/industry; quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business;

• Support and manage for new product rollout, system deployment and performance monitoring

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above with minimum 8-year working experience in Merchant Acquisition / Digital Services / Payment Technology industry is strongly preferred

• Experience in upselling and supporting POS system is an advantage

• Excellent business acumen & understanding of Hong Kong payment landscape, Digital Services and fintech business

• Strong data analytical, project handling from end to end and problem-solving skills ability to analyse marketing data, find insights, and provide actionable strategic recommendations

• Outstanding communication skills with both internal and external parties

• Ability to be productive & focused in a fast-paced, team-oriented, matrix environment

• High proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
