Ant International-E-Commerce Solutions Manager, Business Development-Ant Bank

Job description

• Drive the development of proposition for e-Commerce clients including lending, and cash management solutions

• Lead the design of new products and manage e-Commerce ecosystem partners to cater financing needs for both import & export customers

• Lead the design and operational rollout of dual factoring and/or refactoring programs

• Collaborate with Greater Bay Area team to drive cross-border collaboration

• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and needs

• Work closely with the product team to ensure implementation on new initiatives to achieve business outcomes

Job Requirement

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.

• At least 5 years' experience in Banking or Fintech industry with good knowledge and experiences in commercial lending, trade finance, or e-Commerce area.

• Highly motivated and proven record of delivery within challenging time scale

• Innovative and entrepreneur mindset, and strong sense of ownership in driving projects and implementing changes

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin);

• Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel.
