Job description

Responsibilities:

• The Associate Director will work closely with senior management to accomplish these objectives:

• Work with business teams to shape the investment strategy that supports the growth of the international businesses;

• Source, screen and evaluate potential investment leads, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships that align with our strategic direction;

• Lead deal execution including but not limited to structuring, due diligence, deal documents negotiation and preparing investment proposals for consideration by the Investment committee;

• Manage and support portfolio companies, monitoring the operation and financial performance of existing investments, shaping the ongoing strategy with our portfolio companies.

• Work closely with Integration office to support continued growth and synergy realization of acquired companies

Job Requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above from top universities, with an outstanding academic record;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in top tier investment banks or private equity funds (or similar roles), FIG / TMT / Fintech experiences preferred;

• Self-driven and proactive to independently lead complex projects, aligning internal and external parties. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

• Intellectually curious and open-minded towards working with new cultures, business models, deal structures, with the ability to learn and understand operational details;

• Strong technical and analytical skills, with attention to details;

• Bilingual (Fluent English/Mandarin). Additional language capabilities preferred (Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, French etc.);

• Ability and willingness to travel international frequently.
