Job description

• Explore and manage business development, including business planning, new project, market development and operation, integrate resources to cooperate with key clients, different channel partners, small to medium merchants, build up local ecosystem and empower partners

• Based on market characteristics, develop business strategies, and decompose goals for all segment market teammates to achieve final goals

• Leverage key best practices to drive and successfully grab new business opportunities in different market segments; build and effectively manage a list of new merchants or segment market to drive business development in order to meet target

• Collaborate with internal resources and external network to prioritize and penetrate key merchants/industry; quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above with 8 working experiences in Digital Wallet / Payments industry is strongly preferred

• Excellent business acumen & understanding of payment landscape and fintech business in ACAP

• Strong analytical, project handling from end to end and problem-solving skills ability to analyse marketing data, find insights, and provide actionable strategic recommendations

• Outstanding communication skills with both internal and external parties

• Ability to be productive & focused in a fast-paced, team-oriented, matrix environment

• High proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
