We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager or Associate Director to lead growth and business development for AlipayHK Digital Services. This strategic leadership role demands ownership of driving user growth, expanding merchant partnerships, and delivering strong business outcomes, with a focus on digital services in the F&B and leisure sectors within Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and shape the growth strategy, business roadmap, and execution plans for digital services, primarily targeting F&B, ticketing, experience and leisure markets in Hong Kong and GBA.

• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive key metrics, including user acquisition, retention, engagement, merchant partnerships, and revenue generation.

• Lead innovation by launching new initiatives to expand and enhance the digital services product offerings.

• Analyze user conversion funnels, customer behavior, and promotion effectiveness to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, data, technical) to ensure seamless product delivery and exceptional user experience.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends and evolving customer needs.

• Forge strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen the product ecosystem and broaden market reach.

• Drive accountability for business results with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Job Requirement

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in digital user growth and business development, preferably in F&B and leisure sectors. Strong expertise in coupon business models or online marketplace platforms is highly preferred.

• Demonstrable track record of achieving measurable business growth in fast-paced, competitive environments.

• Excellent analytical capabilities, able to interpret complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and guide decision-making.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Highly self-motivated, responsible, and passionate about delivering superior user experiences and business performance.

• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
