Job description

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for Alipay+ wealth management products in Hong Kong.

- Design and optimize end-to-end digital funnels for wealth-related journeys, including onboarding, KYC, portfolio setup, recurring investment, and product cross-sell.

- Partner with product, risk, compliance, and design teams to ensure all growth initiatives align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and user experience standards.

- Identify and prioritize new opportunities for digital wealth product innovation, leveraging deep knowledge of Hong Kong wealth platforms (e.g., robo-advisory, fund platforms, brokerage apps, MPF/ORSO-linked offerings).

- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to guide roadmap and growth strategy.

- Lead data-driven experiments (A/B testing, lifecycle automation, segmentation) to improve conversion and long-term portfolio engagement.

- Build and manage channel strategies across owned, paid, and partnership channels, ensuring compliance with wealth management marketing rules.

- Establish and track KPIs for user growth and product performance, producing insights to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirement

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, data analytics, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.

- 8+ years of experience in growth, product management, digital wealth management, or fintech within Hong Kong; strong understanding of HK SFC regulations, wealth product categories, and digital advisory processes.

- Deep familiarity with digital wealth management platforms in Hong Kong, including user journeys, onboarding processes, product shelves, portfolio tools, and compliance considerations.

- Proven experience designing and optimizing data-driven growth funnels for investment or wealth products.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across product, marketing, compliance, and engineering teams in a matrix environment.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Passion for fintech innovation and strong awareness of wealth-tech trends, competitive products, and emerging digital investment behaviors in Hong Kong.
