APAC HR Manager (40-50k)

The Company

A global consultancy group is looking for a high-caliber regional HR Manager to lead and oversee the group HR functions.

The Role

• Lead a small team to achieve the Group's HR and people strategy aligned with long‑term business objectives
• Manage payroll, compensation & benefits, and statutory compliance across APAC markets
• Oversee recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes
• Lead office administration, including lease management, facilities, and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, immigration, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with Finance on payroll closing, contributions, and payments
• Drive adoption of AI tools to automate HR/Admin processes and improve efficiency

Your Profile

• 8-12 years of HR generalist experience in a lean, fast-paced environment; candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager
• Regional APAC exposure would be a big plus
• Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory contributions (e.g. MPF, CPF, Superannuation)
• Proven experience in office administration and vendor management
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools to improve workflows or build automation solutions
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills preferred
