Application Specialist

Provide professional pre-sales and after sales product support, consultancy and training for distributors and existing or potential customers:

• Provide demonstration of instrumentation, software, and reagents to current and potential customers;
• Provide customers and distributors on-site product training and troubleshooting;
• Conduct technical seminars and presentations at customer sites, trade shows, and workshops to drive thought leader adoption;
• Follow the usual standard of work for documentation and customer complaint handling to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Ensure the install and customer management database is updated with full activity traceability;
• Provide competitive product insight and feedback to sales and marketing teams;
• Work closely with headquarter to update the training material of the new product on time and deliver training to sales team, customers, and distributors;
• Complete other tasks assigned by company.

• Master or PhD Degree in science (biology, immunology, cancer biology) or a comparable scientific education;
• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• 2+ years working experience within life science industry, or has the medical or relevant industry working experience is an added advantage;
• Strong interpersonal skills, with good communication and presentation skills across functional departments;
• Basic commercial skill set;
• Have balance on both academic knowledge and commercial sense;
• Logic thinking and strong data analytic capability;
• Integrity, honest, self-motivated, good team player and capable of stress management.
