Application Support Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join a leading financial institution in Hong Kong, supporting critical FICC & Equity Derivatives trading applications.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide production/application support for front-office trading systems
• Monitor application health and investigate production issues
• Manage incidents, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Support system releases, deployments and configuration changes
• Work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, traders and business users
• Perform system health checks and support operational processes

What we're looking for:

• 5 years of application / production support experience
• Strong experience supporting securities or trading applications
• Good SQL skills
• Strong Linux/Unix command-line knowledge
• Experience with Python and Shell scripting
• Solid incident management and troubleshooting experience
• Front-office / capital markets environment experience

Strong advantage:
Experience with Calypso, TBricks or Imagine, as well as exposure to FICC, Equity Derivatives or HKEX trading environments.
