  • Source and purchase materials and equipment, ensuring strict adherence to school Procurement procedures.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Art Department and maintain highly accurate inventory records.

  • Actively assist teachers during classes with technical demonstrations and material distribution.

  • Manage the mounting, framing, and displaying of student artwork, as well as maintaining general artwork displays around the school campus.

  • Assist with annual GCSE/IB exhibitions, including photographing and digitally archiving student work.

  • Work collaboratively with the internal and external community on joint projects, school-wide events, and carry out any other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

  • Skills and experiences in stock control, tracking inventory, and sourcing materials cost-effectively.

  • Understanding of procurement processes, ordering, and budget adherence.

  • Being able to work with flexibility and capability of assessing needs and executing tasks independently without requiring constant direct supervision.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a heavy workflow, balancing routine daily tasks with unexpected, high-priority requests.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school staff, support teachers during classes, and assist students.

  • Excellent command of English.
