Asset Management Compliance Advisory

Ashford Benjamin is partnering with a global asset manager that is looking to expand its Fund Compliance Advisory team in Hong Kong.

This team is responsible for providing compliance advice and regulatory support to global investment teams, as well as their supporting groups. You will be responsible for monitoring regulatory trends and changes, implementing compliance policies and procedures related to investment functions, reviewing marketing materials and distribution activities, and providing relevant compliance training to the business.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of compliance advisory experience with investment managers, focusing on regulatory and business compliance. Familiarity with SFC rules and regulations and experience handling Charles River or other investment-compliance systems is required. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
