Assistant/ Account Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide total account management support for the assigned property accounts and develop strong partnership with them
• Develop comprehensive strategic plans to grow market share from their assigned accounts to generate and maximize business for the Hotel
• Identify and proactively solicit new accounts, leverage all available sales channels in an effort to optimize sales revenues
• Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery
• Execute sales strategy to achieve property goals and personal sales goals with performance incentive

Requirements

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administrations or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years related hotel experience and preferable in Sales & Marketing Department
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & fluent in Mandarin speaking
• Able to work under pressure with can-do attitude
• Good presentation, inter-personal and time-management skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Sales Manager
