Assistant Accountant (Financial Analysis and Transformation)

Founded in 1989, Tai Hing Catering Group transforms from a small-scaled “siu-mei” (Chinese roast) fast food eatery to now one of the largest F&B chain restaurants in Hong Kong and Greater China. The Group owns several renowned brands, including Tai Hing, TeaWood, Trusty Congee King ,and other Japanese restaurants, managing around 150 outlets in Hong Kong.

Main Responsibilities:

A. Financial Analysis & Process Enhancement

• Conduct analysis of business and financial performance.
• Streamline process and automate data flow and implement report automation.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

B. Project Management Assistance

• Assist and actively participate in digital transformation and process streamlining projects. 
• Assist to drive the implementation of Power Automate, System integration and system enhancement
• Collaborate in defining user requirement and conducting SIT/UAT test
• Create and review training material and user manual for frontline users / stakeholder.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business background such as Finance/Accounting is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in business intelligence tool, Power Automate, project management tools is preferred
• Knowledge and experience of SAP, SQL, Excel VBA, power query and power pivot are preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and good team player. 
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task, proactive and self-motivated. Attention to details. 
• Candidates with additional related experience will be considered for the position of Accountant.
