Responsibilities:
- Perform general HR support in a professional & confidential manner including but not limited to assistance in recruitment & resignation, preparation of HR correspondences, management of staff personal & leave records, handling of staff payroll, MPF and tax return, and handling of other duties related to HR management as assigned by the supervisors
- Assist in daily general administration support to the Society including but not limited to filing & retrieving documents, compiling statistics & reports, handling mailing, procurement, office maintenance and providing daily administrative support to the staff clinic etc.
- Oversee internal transportation services provided to the Board/Committee members, staff, patients, and guests etc. to ensure smooth running of the operations of HKACS
- Perform office reception duties, including answering phone calls, handle of incoming and outgoing mailings, fax and couriers, meet and greet visitors in professional manner
- Support the work related to volunteers management in the Society including managing the volunteer management system
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience. Experience in NGO will be an asset
- Well-versed in the HKSAR Employment Ordinance and other related legislation and practice
- Solid experience in payroll management is a must. Experience with HR software, like HRIS and HRMS would be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good team player but capable to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-minded, self-motivated, well-organised, with strong sense of responsibility, high level of accuracy, and a good team player
Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
