Assistant Administration Manager

Our client is a French Fashion Company, they are currently seeking for an Assistant Administration Manager (5-day) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administration and facilities management services, including but not limited to monitor office supplies, logistics arrangement, equipment procurement, and maintenance
• Handle office renovation and relocation project
• Experience in handling trademark matters is a preference
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above with major in Business Administration or Management or related disciplines
• 5 to 10 years working experience in Admin/clerical support
• Detail-oriented, good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
• Immediate available is preferable
