Job Description - Assistant Administration Officer

Baguio Green Group (stock code: 1397.HK) is originated in 1980 and has been listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2014. Baguio is a leading integrated environmental service provider in H.K. to create and maintain a “Clean & Green” environment for the society. Under the monitoring of ISO qualified Integrated Management System, Baguio provides professional environmental services, ranging from waste collection, sorting & recycling, cleansing & hygiene, horticulture & landscaping to integrated pest management, to our clients including HKSAR Government, public utilities and corporations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-rounded administration service including customer inquiries, complaints, incoming/outgoing emails and correspondences in a good manner
  • Manage contractual documents, including preparing quotations, contracts, insurances, analytical reports, minutes, presentations and billing materials
  • Liaise and maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements within timeline
  • Maintain tracible filing and database management systems for order/contract management with efficiency
  • Attend tender briefings, site visits and meetings are required when necessary
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by direct supervisor

 

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Landscaping Studies, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 2 years solid experience in tendering administration and contract management, preferably gained from sizable companies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure and work independently to meet demanding deadlines
  • Strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal, able to deal with all levels of internal and external customers is a plus
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administration Assistant
