Job Description - Assistant | Administration (Receptionist)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties of a receptionist, including greeting visitors, answering / transferring calls and maintaining visitor registration system
  • Responsible for maintaining telephone directory and seating plan
  • Manage meeting rooms and equipment reservations
  • Handle starter and leaver workflow
  • Handle invoice payment
  • Coordinate charity events
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports
  • Provide administrative support to the team as assigned

  • Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Patient, attentive to details and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good analytical and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
