Assistant Arborist / Arborist Trainee

Under the monitoring of ISO qualified Integrated Management System, Baguio provides professional environmental services, ranging from waste collection, sorting & recycling, cleansing & hygiene, horticulture & landscaping to integrated pest management, to our clients including HKSAR Government, public utilities and corporations.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee arboriculture-related projects, carry out tree inspection and tree risk assessment
• Liaise with external and internal parties to follow up on all aspects of projects
• Be responsible for outdoor work, site inspections and project administrative works
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements :

• Hold a recognized qualification at Hong Kong Qualification Framework level 3 or above in Arboriculture, Tree Management or Landscape Management or equivalent
• Possess qualification of Certified Arborist of The International Society of Arboriculture; or Technician Member of the Arboriculture Association of the United Kingdom; or Accredited Arborist of the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in the arboriculture field
• Proficient in MS Office applications, with preference given to those familiar with AUTOCAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese and excellent communication skills
• Well organized, able to multi-tasking, self-motivated, and possess a positive working attitude
• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates may consider Arborist Trainee
