Job Description - Assistant Business Analysis (Pre-Sales)

Job Requirements

Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Computer Science, IS, Business or related discipline

Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

Competence in Chinese and English documentation

Basic knowledge in MS SQL / Database system would be an advantage

Good team player, communication and interpersonal skills

Good attitude, hardworking, eager to learn and able to work under pressure independently

With logical and analytical mind

Responsible and attaining to details

Able to complete task at a timely manner

Fresh graduate will also be considered

Job Description

Prepare and deliver demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's solutions.

Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to understand their specific requirements, pain points, and objectives. Analyze customer needs and align them with appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with the technical team to design customized solutions that address customer requirements.

Contribute to the development of proposals/tender responses and present the proposed solutions to corporate customers.

Coordinate and support the execution of proof-of-concept workshops.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales & marketing, project management, and programmers, to gather and share feedback, contribute to product roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement.

Participate in system implementation activities, such as user requirements and business mapping studies; user training, testing, UAT, SIT, system nursing support.

Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor.
