Assistant Buyer / Buying Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing all seasonal buy and Open-to-Buy (OTB) budget to achieve the company's business objectives;
• Prepare various weekly/monthly/end of season reports for merchandise analysis in a timely and accurate manners;
• Prepare weekly stock arrangement;
• Work with retail and operations team, visual merchandising team on promotion plans to maximize sales performance;
• Prepare periodic reports for buying team to analyze the sales performance of each retail store;
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Buying or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in fashion retail industry;
• Highly proficient in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup is a must);
• Excellent interpersonal skills with having a strong fashion sense;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Buying Assistant.
