Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing all seasonal buy and Open-to-Buy (OTB) budget to achieve the company's business objectives;
- Prepare various weekly/monthly/end of season reports for merchandise analysis in a timely and accurate manners;
- Prepare weekly stock arrangement;
- Work with retail and operations team, visual merchandising team on promotion plans to maximize sales performance;
- Prepare periodic reports for buying team to analyze the sales performance of each retail store;
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Buying or related disciplines;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in fashion retail industry;
- Highly proficient in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup is a must);
- Excellent interpersonal skills with having a strong fashion sense;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Buying Assistant.
